This UV belt system is a compact, table top UV conveyor designed for auto line production. It is built in one 1000W high power UV lamp flood system, this high intensity UV light makes the UV glue cured within the time from left side to right side conveyor. This high intensity 1000W UV lamp also makes the UV glue cured even at the high attitude, and produces a low temperature environment. In addition, the conveyor speed, conveyor direction and the distance from lamp to belt are changeable. Also the size of the box and length of the belt can be customized. |
