The UV illuminator system is designed for UV adhesive curing application, such as bonding, wire tacking, sealing, and potting. It utilizes a 100W high pressure mercury arc lamp and delivers up to 4 W/cm2 of UV light at UVA wavelength range. It requires few seconds to complete the full curing process when most of the UV adhesives meet the UV light this system emits. |
